Why not just use Wix or Shopify?
If a template is enough for you, it’s a fine way to start. A custom site makes sense when you want to stand out, don’t want a monthly fee forever, or need something a template can’t do: dollar-linked prices, a catalog loaded from a spreadsheet, a simulator.
Who owns the site when it’s done?
You do. Once the final payment is made, we hand over the code and files. If you want someone else to maintain it tomorrow, they can.
I already have a website. Can you move it to the new one?
Yes. With the migration add-on we move the text and images from your current site (Wix, WordPress, Shopify or any other), set up redirects so you keep what you’ve earned on Google, and point your domain to the new site. It starts at USD 60 for a small site; if yours is large, we quote it in the proposal.
What do I pay separately?
The domain (for example, yourbusiness.com) and any external service that’s needed. Before we start, we tell you exactly which ones and how much they cost, so there are no surprises.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds on Essential and three on Professional and System. A round is one list with all your changes together: that’s how we work fast, without endless back-and-forth.
Do you write the copy and take the photos?
We organize and polish what you send us. Professional copywriting, photography, video and logo design aren’t included and are quoted separately.
Can I change text and photos myself?
Yes, with the Editable content add-on, already included in the System plan: you edit an Airtable spreadsheet and the site updates itself.
Why do you charge less than other agencies?
Because we code without site builders or paid themes, with a tight process we repeat on every project. Those savings go into the price, not the quality: take a look at our work.
How long does it take?
Between 3 and 10 business days depending on the plan: 10 is the maximum, even for a full System. The clock starts once we receive the deposit and your content (text, photos and logo).
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit books your slot and we get started. The other 50% is paid on delivery, before launch on your domain. Prices are in US dollars; we’ll agree on the payment method for international clients.
What if I cancel?
If you cancel before we start designing, we refund the full deposit. Once work has started, the deposit covers the work done. All the details are in the terms and conditions.
