01Who we are

MindLink Automations (“MindLink”, “we”) is a studio based in Corrientes, Argentina, that designs and codes custom websites and AI-powered automations. These terms apply to the website services we offer at web.mindlinkautomations.com.

02How to hire us

• You tell us what you need and we send you a written proposal with the plan, scope (what’s in and what’s out), price and timeline.
• The proposal is valid for 7 calendar days, because peso prices depend on the dollar exchange rate.
• The job is confirmed once you accept the proposal and the deposit is received.
• Anything not in the proposal is out of scope and quoted separately, always before doing it.

03Pricing

• Prices are expressed in US dollars. Clients in Argentina pay in pesos at the “blue” dollar (sell) rate on the day of each payment; international clients pay in US dollars.
• The prices on the site are per plan. The price that applies to your project is the one in the proposal you accepted.
• The System plan is quoted “from”: the final price depends on catalog size and the integrations you need.
• Migrating an existing website is quoted “from”: the published price covers a small site; if yours is large (for example, with a blog or store), the final price is set in the proposal.
• Prices don’t include the domain, third-party services or anything listed in “What plans don’t include”.

04Deposit and payments

• The deposit is 50% of the price of the plan (and any add-ons included in the proposal).
• The balance is paid when you approve the final version, before it goes live on your domain.
• Until the balance is paid, the site can be viewed on a preview link, but it isn’t published on your domain and the code isn’t handed over.
• Monthly maintenance is paid one month in advance.
• Payment methods: bank transfer or Mercado Pago (Argentina); for international clients, agreed in the proposal.

05Timelines

• The maximum is 10 business days for any plan.
• With the Express delivery add-on (Essential plan only), the landing page is delivered in 48 business hours.
• The clock starts once the deposit is received and we have all the content we need: text, images, logo and any required access.
• The clock pauses while we wait for your content, revisions or approval, and resumes once we receive them.
• If we fall more than 5 business days behind the agreed timeline for reasons on our side, you can cancel and we refund everything you paid.

06Revisions

• The Essential plan includes 2 rounds of revisions; Professional and System, 3 rounds.
• A round is a single list with all your changes together on the version presented. Separate or successive requests count as new rounds.
• Changing something you already approved or adding new features isn’t a revision: it’s quoted separately.
• Additional rounds are quoted separately.

07What plans don’t include

Unless it’s in your proposal (for example, as an add-on from the quote builder), plans don’t include:

• Professional copywriting, photography or video.
• Logo and visual identity.
• Domain purchase or renewal and third-party services (for example, Airtable, paid hosting or email).
• Ad campaigns, advanced SEO and social media management.
• User logins, online booking, payment gateways or invoicing.
• Redesigns or structural changes after the proposal is approved.

08Your content

• You provide the text, images, logos and business details that go on the site.
• You guarantee that you have the right to use that content (brands, photos, testimonials) and that the information is accurate.
• We don’t publish illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

09Delivery and ownership

• Once paid in full, the site is yours: we hand over the code and files, and anyone you choose can maintain it.
• Generic tools and components we use across projects remain ours or their authors’. We grant you the right to use them within your site, with no time limit.
• Third-party fonts, icons and images are governed by their own licenses.

10Domain and external services

• The domain is registered in your name and paid by you. If you don’t have one yet, we help you register it.
• We publish the site on the agreed hosting service. If a paid plan is needed, we tell you before we start.
• We’re not responsible for outages, price changes or changes in the terms of third-party services (hosting, Airtable, Mercado Pago, WhatsApp, Google).

11Monthly maintenance

• It’s optional. It includes managed hosting, small text and image changes, backups and monitoring. It doesn’t include new sections or features.
• It’s paid one month in advance. You can cancel anytime by letting us know before the next period. There’s no minimum term.

12Warranty

For 30 days after delivery, we fix any malfunction in what we built free of charge: buttons, forms or display issues. It doesn’t cover design changes, new features or problems caused by changes made by third parties.

13Cancellation and deposit refunds

• If you cancel before we start designing, we refund the full deposit.
• If you cancel after we’ve started, the deposit covers the work done and isn’t refunded.
• If we can’t deliver what was agreed for reasons on our side, we refund what you paid for the undelivered part.
• If you hire us as a consumer, you have the rights granted by Argentina’s Consumer Protection Law 24,240 and Civil and Commercial Code, and by the consumer laws of your country where applicable. Nothing here limits them.

14Use in our portfolio

We may show your site (screenshots, name and industry) in our portfolio and on our social channels. If you’d rather we didn’t, just tell us and we won’t.

15Data privacy

• What data we use: what you give us in the form or on WhatsApp: name, WhatsApp number, business or industry, email (optional), the plan you’re interested in and your message.
• What for: to reply to you, send you a proposal and follow up on your inquiry. We don’t sell it or share it for commercial purposes.
• Where it’s stored: in our customer management system, which uses software providers such as Airtable and may store data outside Argentina.
• Cookies: this site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores preferences in your browser, such as light or dark theme and currency. To show peso prices it checks the exchange rate on dolarapi.com, without sending any of your data.
• Your rights: you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp, under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.

Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

16Changes and jurisdiction

• We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you accepted the proposal applies to your project.
• They are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If any disagreement arises, we first try to solve it by talking; if that’s not possible, the ordinary courts of the city of Corrientes have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. This English version is a translation; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
